The house
More than 80 years of history, a patio with a big bougainvillea and copihues all year round, and of course, a rooftop terrace. At sunset everyone ends up there, without anyone organising it.
Welcome: couples, friends, solo travellers. There is a bed, a kitchen and a place at the table. The rest takes shape here.

The games room
Bar, dining room, games console, a big TV and a sofa for your favourite films, a dartboard, board games and plenty of table tennis.

Superior Double Room
From CLP 38,000The most spacious room in the house and the only one with a partial sea view. Double bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and a mini fridge in the room — no other room has the fridge.
King Room
From CLP 30,000A double room with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom inside the room, and a TV. Same double room as the others with the largest bed at LOF: what changes here is the bed, not the floor space.
Standard Double Room
From CLP 34,000Double bed, ensuite bathroom inside the room, and a TV, in a larger room than the Basic Double.
Basic Double Room
From CLP 28,000Double bed, ensuite bathroom inside the room, and a TV. This is the most compact double in the house: everything two people need.
Twin Room Ensuite
From CLP 28,000Two separate single beds and an ensuite bathroom inside the room. The same as the Twin with an external private bathroom, except the bathroom is inside: no stepping into the hallway. No TV.
Twin Room with External Private Bathroom
From CLP 26,000Two separate single beds, for two people travelling together who would rather not share a bed. The bathroom is for this room only, but it sits outside, right next door: you step into the hallway to use it, though nobody else does. No TV.
Basic Single Room
From CLP 18,000A room for one, with a three-quarter bed and an ensuite bathroom inside the room. It is the smallest and simplest room in the house: enough to sleep, with your own door and no shared bathroom. No TV.
Bed in Female-Only Dormitory
From CLP 12,000One bunk bed in a four-bed, women-only dorm. The bathroom is ensuite and used only by the people sleeping in the room: no crossing the hallway to shower. There are lockers in the room for your things. No TV. Priced per person, not per room.
Bed in Mixed Dormitory
From CLP 11,500One bunk bed in a mixed four-bed dorm. This is the only room type in the house with a shared bathroom. There are lockers in the room for your things. No TV. Priced per person, not per room.
Prices per night booking direct, low season. Bed linen and WiFi included in all of them. In the private rooms towels are available on request at reception; in the dorms they carry an extra charge.

Surf school deal
A beginners' lesson with Manzana 54, board and wetsuit included. You book it at reception and walk out from the front door.
Bike rental
Pichilemu is flat and short. By bike you reach La Puntilla in ten minutes and Punta de Lobos in half an hour, along the coast.
Laundry
Washed and dried the same day. Useful if you have been on the road, or if the town kept you more nights than you had planned.
